For all of the creative crafters, world travelers, and curious minds. If you love crazy socks, nights spent watching Netflix, and seeing the world, you are at the right place. After getting the news that I am moving to Peru for two years, I had people asking me how I was going to keep in touch - so why not start a blog. I want to share my past and future experiences, along with my daily struggles. I hope I can use this blog to encourage others to try new things whether it be pick up a new hobby, such as calligraphy, or move across the world to help others and live your dream.
MEET YA HOMEGIRL
HEYYOO I'm Chelsie, your some-what normal college grad that has decided to drop everything and join the Peace Corps. I want to see the world and document the people and sites along the way. I have always loved traveling and learning other cultures, but studying abroad in Spain was a slap in the face and showed me my passion for it.
Other than talking about traveling, I spend my days goofing off at work and being as artsy fartsy as possible. I'm often spotted thrifting at Value Village and singing early 2000s rap songs while running. But when I'm not out and about, I enjoy snuggling up with my favorite fuzzy blanket and either reading a book, watching tv/movie, or writing in my journal while blasting 1Ds newest album.
I hope to inspire others to follow their dreams. Stop stressing about having your life together and live life with the amazing people around you.
